If we connect a pool vacuum cleaner to the suction branch, we can easily remove the dirt that sinks to the bottom of the pool.
The Sandy 4 device is equipped with a four-position changeover valve, the functions of which are as follows:
- filtration (water is filtered, rotated and vacuuming also takes place in this position)
- backwashing (we can clean the sand in the tank in this position, for which we use the pool water)
- flushing (the final step of the cleaning process, the purpose of which is to settle the sand stirred up during backwashing and to remove dirt in the changeover valve and pipes)
- winter position (to be used during wintering, at which time as many openings as possible are open, so that the sand can dry out before the winter frosts set in, as well as ventilate)

20 kg of filter sand with a particle size of 0.4-0.8 mm is required for the operation of the device.
The device is protected (IPX4) from low-pressure water jets from all directions - limited water resistance.
Recommended for all types of pools up to a maximum of 15 m³. It is advisable to install it near the pool. The water spinner with sand filter is effective if max. It can turn over the entire amount of water in the pool in 4 hours.
Use a short throat tube or PVC pressure tube to connect it.
